No suggestions, but those are some special units. JBL worked their magic on them. Good luck.
Reach out to JBL. They often sell replacement parts.
You might have already looked, but I have a pair of L40's that needed woofers. I found the exact JBL replacements on eBay. Not cheap, but they were available!
